Bluesun announced this Monday (1st) the launch of BSF (Bluesun Financial Services), which is part of the Bluesun Group, which will be located at the company's headquarters, in Limeira (SP). According to Roberto Caurim, CEO of Bluesun, the forecast is that the BSF will begin officially open in the middle of the second half of September.

“Bluesun is always looking to remodel itself and bring more and more competitive advantages to our integrators. BSF is a complete finance company and is made up of an excellent team that will carry out case-by-case financing analyzes, giving the customer more chances of approval”, highlighted Caurim.

Also according to the executive, each client will be analyzed in a unique and direct way, raising each point to ensure approval and know exactly the reason, if it is not approved, to try to reverse each proposal.

“We realized that the finance companies we have in the market today, according to the customer's score, simply reject the financing and do not give any feedback, any support on what they do and we wanted to bring something new that shows that the customer comes first” , clarified the CEO of Bluesun.

Still according to the executive, the main objective is to create a financing company that acts and sees future clients in a different way, not in a mechanized and robotic way. “We have had cases where the customer had a bill of R$ 200 late and was unaware of it and as a result they ended up rejecting financing. These are the cases we want to catch”, he added.

“We want to give certainty to Bluesun integrator and the customer that we will be doing our utmost to ensure that they will have their system financed. We want to calmly analyze each of those proposals, and that is the big difference, a more humanized and less robotic way of carrying out credit analysis”, concluded Caurim.
