Why should solar grow in Mercado Livre?

Marcio Trannin, vice-president of the board of directors of ABSOLATE, explains that the solar energy is today and will continue to be the predominant source in the ACL (Free Contracting Environment) for one simple reason: It is the most competitive technology on the market.

“Just as we choose who we will consume our mobile broadband from, it will become viable for consumers to also choose who they will consume their energy from (with the gradual opening of Mercado Livre to more consumer groups),” he said.

“Naturally, these consumers will choose the cheapest and most competitive technology, which is solar energy. Added to this is the issue of environmental awareness, where consumers will opt for a solar source, which, in addition to being cheaper, also guarantees a more sustainable future for everyone”, he highlighted. Trannin.
