Event debates opportunities in the Brazilian photovoltaic market

Foco Energia, which completed 5 years in the sector, held meetings with employees and authorities

The distributor of photovoltaic kits Focus Energy promoted, in October, a series of events to promote the photovoltaic sector. During the month, more than three meetings have already been held in cities in the southern region of the country.

Called “Energy that connects”, the meeting featured lectures by market players, experts and the presence of major brands in the sector, such as inverter manufacturer Deye and battery manufacturer Unicoba.

“The opportunity for an event with technical and enlightening knowledge about new opportunities further reinforces Foco Energia’s commitment to our partners and employees”, says Romulo Possamai, commercial manager at Foco Energia.

The meeting, which took place in the cities of Dois Vizinhos (PR), Chapecó (SC), and Erechim (RS), brought together around 60 participants per municipality and focused on the hybrid inverters and energy storage market.

The panel of speakers was made up of João Vitor Carvalho, electrical engineer at Deye, and Caio Lentini, executive business development manager at Unicoba, who brought perspectives on the development of hybrids in Brazil and the latest developments in the segment.

According to Possamai, holding lectures for the solar sector is a position that has been taken by the company, which seeks to encourage integrators through training. “'Energia que Conecta' was a precursor to this decision. We seek to be close to integrators and provide valuable content for the market”, he emphasized.
