Manufacturer offers support service for out-of-warranty products

After repair, Renovigi products receive a factory warranty

Renovigi Brasil created a Service Center for defective photovoltaic equipment that the warranty does not cover, or that do not have any warranty. The initiative aims to respond to various incidents.

“With this new service, the objective is to provide repairs and analysis for situations where the problem does not fall within the warranty and covers all products sold by the brand. Repairs maintain the equipment’s factory warranty”, highlights José Vitor Salm, research and development manager at Renovigi.

According to the Renovigi manager, the service can be requested by any customer, but the factory warranty after repair is only for the company's equipment.  

As soon as the customer requests the Service Center, Renovigi will get in touch to explain how the process works. In the first stage, an analysis of the problem will be carried out to confirm the feasibility of the repair.

The company creates a quote, which will be sent to the customer, the service is only performed after the quote is approved. Once completed, the product will undergo testing to validate its suitability for being installed again.
