ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) informed on its social networks that, due to heavy rain this Tuesday (17) in Brasília (DF), it was necessary to preventively shut down the datacenter at the agency's headquarters.
Due to the measure, the regulatory body explained that some services offered by the agency, access to news about the agency's activities, consultation of public hearings and registration of requests, are unavailable.
In a note, released on ANEEL's Twitter, the agency clarified that a team is present at the site and is already working to ensure that services are reestablished as quickly as possible. However, it has not yet given an estimate of when services will be restored.
