The manufacturer Growatt announces its single-phase series to the photovoltaic market MIN 2500-6000TL-XH and its three-phase series MOD 3-10KTL3-XH for hybrid solar applications in Brazil.

“The battery-ready feature of these new hybrid inverters offers users flexibility by allowing them to operate within a normal grid-connected solar system and, if necessary, be later upgraded to a storage system with an additional battery pack, thereby saving on initial disbursement from the customer”, he explained Lisa Zhang, the company's Marketing Director.

Inmetro Ordinance regulates hybrid inverters in Brazil

According to her, with these future-proof photovoltaic solutions, Brazilians can prepare for the imposition of grid fees in the future with the flexibility to extend their solar plants to energy storage systems at any time to achieve better payback.

“Growatt is prepared to meet Brazil’s needs, we understand that storage systems will be the future, taking into account that the Wire B charging It will be gradual based on what is injected into the network, in fact we will have a new solution to control exports”, he highlighted. Talyson Alves, Marketing Manager at Growatt in Brazil.

Characteristics of inverters

The new series is configured with full rated power export to the grid plus simultaneous full rated power battery charging, with a DC/AC ratio as high as 2.

For example, a MOD 10KTL3-XH inverter can provide 10 kW of total power plus 10 kW of full battery charge at the same time, doubling system productivity. With 2 MPPTs, the string current can reach up to 16A, making it a perfect match for high power modules.

In addition Growatt offers customers its ARK XH battery system for a complete package of solutions battery ready. The battery has a modular design, allowing easy installation and connection to the inverter, with its Lithium-Iron-phosphate material guaranteeing high stability and safety, as well as greater durability.

“We have witnessed rapid growth in demand for storage systems around the world, especially in Europe, Australia and Brazil. Against the background of Brazil's objective of reaching zero carbon by 2050, the country has enormous potential for energy storage. And we will soon bring this future-oriented solution to Brazil”, concluded Zhang.

  1. Let's hope that these new Growatt Models have a 110 volt output, because... our household appliances here in the Southeast tend to be “all” 127 volts and so we won't need to have a transformer for each appliance in the Residence, as is currently suggested. !!!

  2. Could you send me a catalog with the new products and supplier in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Because the one in Santa Catarina takes a long time.
