O Dasart Group, a conglomerate operating in several segments such as construction and real estate development, financial market and shopping centers, announces its entry into the renewable energy market through Nortis Energia.

With an investment close to R$ 80 million, the company will focus on construction of solar plants with a total capacity of approximately 20 MWp.

According to the company, this strategic movement aligns with the Dasart Group's growth vision in the Brazilian solar sector, with an emphasis on GD (Distributed Generation). Today, ten solar plants are in operation or under construction.

Vitor Frota, CEO of the Dasart Group, highlights that this initiative reflects a set of actions aimed at strategic entry into the renewable energy segment. “We have been following the growth of the sector for years and the recent regulatory framework gave us the necessary security to start investing”, he states.

Nortis Energia will offer a subscription solar energy service, where consumer units such as homes, condominiums or companies can use shared solar energy produced by generating units, such as solar farms.

Frota reinforces the company’s commitment Dasart Group investing in businesses aligned with current global needs, in this case, the energy transition, switching from fossil fuels to renewable sources.

“In addition to meeting market demand, we will supply all of our construction sites and offer cheap, renewable energy for our condominiums that have already been delivered. Our customers will be assured that, when purchasing a Dasart property, all the energy used in construction comes from renewable sources”, he concludes.
