The SV Group, owner of solar energy solutions company Solar Vale, announced the acquisition of photovoltaic kit distributor Lesto Solar. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

According to the SV Group, the acquisition marks a moment of expansion for the company, as Lesto has a distribution center of more than 5 thousand square meters and units in Santa Catarina, Paraná and São Paulo.

A company acquired by Grupo SV serves the entire national territory and has a diverse range of equipment such as modules, metallic structures, inverters and accessories. “Lesto arrives to contribute to the growth of the SV Group, enabling even more agility in deliveries to the end customer and also providing service and assistance to other integrators”, comments Thierry Knoch, business manager at Lesto Solar Distribuidora.

According to the CEO of Grupo SV, Thomas Knoch, the company invested in quality, agility, a large stock of modules and its own team for all parts of the sales process. “The SV Group has always sought differences that would make it stand out in the sector and maintain constant and safe growth.”

“Our moment is now one of expansion, both in relation to our services and geographically. We also want to be a reference in other regions and the arrival of Lesto helps us achieve this goal. We are expanding our service to all fronts that make up the sector”, he states.

Still according to Thomas, companies work with independent teams, but with aligned management to maintain the same quality standard. Other incorporations and availability of more services are also part of the SV Group's expansion process.
