Intersolar 2021: information about prices and registration

The fair ticket is valid for all fairs of the The smarter E South America 2021 event

Those interested in participating in Intersolar South America 2021 must register via the fair's website by October 17th to be entitled to free access to the venue for the three days of the event. From the 18th, access to the fair will cost R$ 50. Click here to purchase your ticket.

After registering, the fair organization will send you a questionnaire by email, which is mandatory for your credential to be released. Without it, access to the pavilions will not be possible.

Security protocols

Aiming to ensure the safety of all Intersolar participants, the event organizers determined that only people with proof of at least one dose of the vaccine will be able to access the event or with the presentation of a Covid test carried out 24 hours before the event. 

Furthermore, the use of a mask is mandatory and children under 18, even if accompanied, will not be allowed access to the event. The organization also advises that anyone who presents any symptoms of Covid-19, such as fever, body pain, cough and others, should not attend the event.

See other guidelines:

  • It is prohibited to use scarves or bandanas in place of respiratory protection masks;
  • Never share the use of masks;
  • Body temperature will be measured upon access to the event location. Anyone with a temperature equal to or above 37.5º will not be allowed entry;
  • Clean your hands frequently. Totems and/or bottles with 70% alcohol will be available in circulation areas and at stands;
  • Respect the rules and signs of distancing between individuals;
  • The distance is at least 1.5 m;
  • Follow the floor markings indicating the direction of the streets and the entrances and exits;
  • When coughing or sneezing, try to cover your mouth and nose with a tissue and dispose of it in the waste collector;
  • If you do not have a disposable tissue, you should cough or sneeze into your forearm and never into your hands.
  • The consumption of food and drinks will only be permitted in areas reserved and marked for such purpose;
  • Handling food and/or drinks must be done carefully and individually;
  • As soon as you finish eating or drinking, put the mask back on;
  • Never leave masks, cell phones and personal items on tables or sinks.
