After three days of trade fairs, conferences and forums, the leading European platform for the energy sector recorded impressive numbers: 2,469 exhibitors from 57 countries presented their products and solutions in a exhibition area of 180,000 m², distributed in 17 pavilions and an outdoor area.

In total, more than 106,000 visitors from 166 countries were present in Munich. Furthermore, conferences and related events also reached records, with the participation of more than 2,000 people from all over the world.

A Smarter E Europe 2023 was therefore the biggest and most international event ever held, paving the way for a continuous supply of renewable energy. A date for next edition has already been announced, June 19 to 21, 2024, in Munich.

Both the energy and mobility industries are undergoing radical changes. The demand for renewable energy, capable of providing a sustainable source 24 hours a day, is growing exponentially. With the participation of 2,469 exhibitors from 57 countries, more than 106,000 visitors from 166 nations and more than 2,000 participants in conferences and complementary events, The smarter E Europe 2023 set records in terms of scale and internationality.

During the exhibition days, conferences and forums, the main focus was on innovations, business models and trends related to the renewable energy economy and electric mobility.

After a remarkable opening, attended by distinguished guests, the companies presented innovative solutions and products that are shaping the new energy and mobility landscape for a specialized international audience.

The main focus was on solutions that enable the intelligent integration of the electricity, heating and mobility sectors. For example, possibilities for combining photovoltaic energy, thermal storage systems, heat pumps and electric vehicles were discussed, integrating them into a smart grid.
