The Battery-box Premium HVS/HVM line from BYD allows the use of battery banks in power systems with higher voltage levels, with nominal values from 204 V to 512 V, depending on the model.
The basic HVS and HVM modules of BYD enable series and parallel connection, enabling scalable and modular scale-up of battery systems to achieve desired voltage, power and storage capacity levels.
The product uses technology known as LFP (lithium, iron and phosphate), free of cobalt, which provides greater safety, longer useful life and greater power density.
Main features
- Compatible with high-power off-grid and emergency backup systems
- Greater efficiency thanks to higher voltage levels with series connections
- Patented modular plug design requires no internal wiring and allows
- maximum flexibility and ease of use
- Cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery: maximum safety,
- many life cycles and high energy density
- Inverter compatible with the main high voltage inverters on the market
- Two distinct models (HVS and HVM) to cover the full range of system sizes
- Higher security standards such as VDE 2510-50
HVS Line
A Premium HVS Battery-Box is made up of 2 to 5 HVS modules that are connected in series to achieve a useful capacity of 5.1 to 12.8 kWh.
Furthermore, the direct parallel connection of up to 3 identical Battery-Box Premium HVS modules allows a maximum capacity of 38.4 kWh.
You can extend the system by adding HVS modules or parallel HVS blocks later.
HVM Line
A Battery-Box Premium HVM unit is made up of 3 to 8 HVM modules that are connected in series to achieve a usable capacity of 8.3 to 22.1 kWh.
Furthermore, the direct parallel connection of up to 3 identical Battery-Box Premium HVM blocks allows a maximum capacity of 66.2 kWh.
You can extend the system by adding HVM modules or parallel HVM blocks later.
