The MDR (Ministry of Regional Development) published this Wednesday (19) in the Official Gazette of the Union the Ordinance No. 959 of May 18, 2021 which provides for the requirements for the implementation of housing projects within the scope of the service line Subsidized acquisition of new properties in urban areas, part of the Green and Yellow House Program.
Among the mandatory requirements that the publication establishes is the criterion that thePhotovoltaic modules and photovoltaic inverters must have an A energy efficiency rating by Inmetro.
Furthermore, the installation must be distributed microgeneration, following REN 482 (Resolution No. 482/2012) of ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency), and must have a minimum electrical energy generation capacity corresponding to 1.2 MWh/ year per housing unit, which must be proven through simulation analysis of the electrical project.
According to the MDR (Ministry of Regional Development), the objective of the Ordinance is to stimulate the economic, social and environmental sustainability of housing projects, in addition to encouraging the modernization of the construction sector and technological innovation to improve quality, durability, safety, environmental comfort and habitability in the design and implementation of housing projects.
