With the aim of clarifying how the calculation is made to define the scores of each competing customer, the SolarZ Awards aims to recognize the companies that make the most effort in post-sales execution.

Competition will only be among active customers of the SolarZ platform, that is, those who have accessed the platform at least once in the last 7 days and who have imported at least one plant in the last 30 days.

In December 2022, the last edition The event also took place in Porto Alegre (RS). Among the winners were companies that have more than 500 monitored plants and those that have less than 500 active plants on the SolarZ portal.

According to the Ecosul Solar Energy, the award was confirmation that they are on the right path, reinforcing the importance of the entire team's commitment.

“It was a very laborious process for Ecosul to implement after-sales, and it also took a while. But we saw that it is essential to have a team from this sector in the company, working together with customers so that they can have a good experience with the company and with the photovoltaic system”, highlighted Germano Girardi, director of Ecosul.
