Remessas globais de módulos da Trina Solar atingem 100 GW
Trina Solar's 100 GW of photovoltaic modules were shipped to more than 100 countries

A Trina Solar, a company in the photovoltaic sector, marked 100 GW of global module shipments. The amount were sent to more from one hundred countries.

Together, these 100 GW of photovoltaic modules can generate around 135 billion kWh of clean energy, reducing global annual CO2 emissions by 135 million tons. Furthermore, standard coal consumption decreased by 54.54 million tons, which is equivalent to planting 7.29 billion trees.

In the last 25 years, solar technology has advanced and contributed to the diameter of silicon wafers of Trina grew from 125 mm to 210 mm and the power of the modules grew from 100 W to 690 W.

Photovoltaic power generation is a major source of clean energy deployed around the world, from utility projects to home rooftops. The only company in the photovoltaic sector to achieve 100% in the new energy financing bankability survey Bloomberg For six consecutive years, Trina Solar aims to create a new carbon-free world.

With the global development of clean energy in full swing, International Renewable Energy Agency predicts that global photovoltaic installations will exceed 14 thousand GW by 2050.

For Gao Jifan, president of Trina Solar, the photovoltaic sector is an open, innovative and collaborative ecosphere and the energy era with solar photovoltaics as the main driving force already exists. “Only open technological innovation will expand the scope of growth and achieve sustainable development,” says Jifan.
