The Brazilian photovoltaic market has boosted the industry in the country. Proof of this is the investment of more than R$12 million by the Romagnole Group, based in Mandaguari (PR), in the installation of another business unit: Acrom.
According to the group, the new structure, which can process more than 4 thousand tons of steel per month, focuses on manufacturing slotted and profiled steel in various formats to meet market demands. Furthermore, during the production process, hot-dip galvanizing is carried out, which ensures product quality and a 25-year warranty against corrosion.
According to the company's industrial board, the creation of the new unit is one of the actions implemented to meet the group's strategic planning goals.
Since it began operating in this segment, around seven years ago, Romagnole has provided structures for several distributed and centralized generation projects across the country, which together total more than 700 MWp.
The group's growth last year was 36%, with a turnover of more than R$ 840 million in the period.
