After the launch of its R5 inverter line in Brazil, the photovoltaic inverter manufacturer SAJ set up a commercial team in São Paulo to offer pre-sales, sales and after-sales services to customers directly in the region.

According to the company, the manufacturer's local Technical Assistance Center provides on-site product presentation and regular training to customers.

Also according to SAJ, the space has a stock of inverters and spare parts for immediate and definitive exchange if any defect in the equipment purchased from the manufacturer is detected, ensuring the customer a service with a quick response.

“The center also has the possibility of reserving a date to visit the customer in order to offer training, discuss and resolve possible problems with customers. With comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales services, the local service center offers customers a pleasant experience and quick-response qualified technical assistance”, highlights Alysson Camilo, Head of Sales and Operations at SAJ in Brazil.

She also highlights that the main objective is to build a broad network to guarantee its performance in the services offered in the country.

“With strong cooperation with its distributor partners, SAJ also builds a partner service network to offer quick response services to installers. Customers can turn to SAJ partners or the company itself for qualified technical support if they experience any issues regarding their inverters. This ensures that customers have more opportunities to access support in a more assertive and efficient way”, adds Camilo.

Currently, SAJ customers can access the manufacturer's service network in Brazil via email [email protected] and by telephone. Furthermore, together with its partners, SAJ holds webinars about its inverters and other topics of interest to its customers, which have a space reserved for any type of question.
