A Sunova presented, during Intersolar South America 2021, its portfolio of solar panels for Brazil with ex-tariff rates.

According to Wellington Araújo, director of the company, among the highlights is the 550 W module, which has an efficiency of 21.28%. “This product is our flagship product today in Brazil. It uses mono PERC technology, 182 mm cells and weighs 28.9 kg.”

Furthermore, it has an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 49.6 V, short-circuit current (Isc) of 14.04 A, maximum power voltage (Vmp) of 40.83 V and maximum power current (Imp) of 13.48 A.

Another novelty from the manufacturer presented at Intersolar was the 410 W module, which features mono PERC tripartite 1/3 cut-cell technology, “where you have greater efficiency with a smaller module size, so a really cool application for roofs” , he explained.

According to Araújo, the product has an efficiency of 21.3% and 210 mm cells. Furthermore, it has Voc of 41.62 V, Isc of 12.41 A, Vmp of 34.65 V, Imp of 11.84 A and weighs 21 kg.

“Sunova has also been seeing a very strong trend towards larger plants, utility scale projects. Therefore, we brought our 600 W bifacial module with 210 mm cells”, added the executive.

The equipment has an efficiency of 21.20% A, Voc of 41.72 V, Isc of 18.42 A, Vmp of 34.63 V, Imp of 17.34 and weighs 35.3 kg.

“It was a very important event as we showed our new products to the market. In the last two years, for example, the company's market share has grown in Brazil, we are establishing relationships with new partners and new strategic distributors”, he emphasized.

“In fact, we set up a national structure in Brazil, precisely to have this closeness with partners”, concluded the director of Sunova.
