A energy tariff electrical commercial and industrial consumer at low voltage, known as B3, should experience an average increase of 2,19% in 2024, according to calculations by TR Solutions, a company specialized in technology for the electrical sector.
In 2023, the sum of YOU (Energy Tariff) and the TUSD (Tariff for Use of the Distribution System) was R$ 729.64 per MWh, against a projection of R$ 745.60 per MWh for 2024.
The information was released during the Greener Summit, an event held on the 7th and 8th of May, in São Paulo, and promoted by the consultancy specialized in the solar energy market Greener.
Of the total of 51 distributors analyzed (whose names were not disclosed), tariff variations should behave as follows this year:
- 2 dealerships will have a variation between -13% and -10.1%.
- 6 dealerships will vary between -6.7% and -4%.
- 11 dealerships will have a variation between -3.2% and 0.2%.
- 13 dealerships will vary between 0.8% and 4.9%.
- 12 dealerships will vary between 5.7% and 9.3%.
- 5 dealerships will vary between 10.1% and 13%.
- 2 dealerships will vary between 17.4% and 18.6%.
