Camila, how did you start your professional career in the solar energy sector?

I have worked at the All Nations Group for over a decade and at the end of 2018 the shareholders decided to invest in the renewable energy sector and chose me to be responsible for the operation.

What has your experience been like in the solar energy sector?

The experience has been excellent. Because it is a new segment, we are all writing this story together. And that is very gratifying.

What is it like to be in charge of commercials for one of the biggest distributors in Brazil?

Very challenging. It's a big responsibility. But my journey at All Nations over all these years has given me a lot of experience to take care of this new project that is Win. Our team is very good, we all form a great team together, and that makes all the difference.

How do you evaluate the solar energy sector during the time you have been operating in the segment?

It is an emerging sector with countless opportunities. Companies that continue to work seriously will reap rewards for a long time.

How do you consider female participation in the sector?

Women are in all areas, everywhere. And this is irreversible. Our participation in the job market has been fundamental and in the solar sector it would be no different. At Win there are many women, among our suppliers and customers too. We have special features that guarantee good performance.

Now talking about the solar energy market, the choice of financing to execute photovoltaic projects. What are the main forms of financing?

Speaking of Win, we have partnerships with important financial institutions such as BV and Santander. We offer credit card installments via Pagseguro. We also work with credit insurers, where in some specific cases, we are able to analyze the client and offer our own insured credit.
