AE Solar announces new warranty terms for its products

Manufacturer highlights that the warranty begins when the panels reach the initial buyer

The photovoltaic module manufacturer AE Solar recently unveiled its new warranty catalog, available to industry integrators. A new reformulated proposal, published in September this year, highlights that the warranty begins when the panels reach the initial buyer or within six months after they leave the factory for shipping.

“Our 100% test rate for visual inspections, in addition to electroluminescence, pressure, mechanical load and aging tests, ensures that our modules operate safely and without defects for at least 30 years, with a 15-year product warranty”

The new model Not applicable for all products sold, only for those manufactured after the warranty publication date. I.e, equipment sold before 2022 correspond to the company's old terms.

Partnerships

AE Solar has recently signed several partnerships with distributors in the photovoltaic sector. In 2022 alone, the company announced agreements with three brands in the national territory.

Its headquarters are maintained in Germany with factories in Europe and Asia with a production capacity of 1.5GW/year, however, the company already has more than five branches spread across the globe, one of which is in Brazil.
