The German Tier 1 manufacturer AE Solar presented its three new product series: Aurora, with a power range of up to 670 W; Comet, with efficiency of up to 22.2%; and Neptune, which integrates modules that produce energy from solar radiation and heat.
“Firstly, the highest quality of our products is our main advantage, which we have been offering to customers for years. We work on improving the product since the day of establishment. We have worked hard to increase the duration of the performance warranty from 12 to 15 years and 30 years of product warranty – a significant achievement for solar companies,” he said Alexander Maier, CEO of AE Solar.
According to the manufacturer, Aurora modules are AE Solar's most flexible product with multiple electrical characterization properties and material lists. They range in power up to 670W with efficiency up to 21.6%.
Also according to the company, the panels in this series include monofacial, bifacial with transparent glass sheet and bifacial with double glass. “They are all durable and resistant to harsh environmental conditions including high ammonia, salt spray, sand and dust as well as potential induced degradation in accordance with various industry standard tests such as IEC and CE,” the company stated. .
The Comet series, according to AE Solar, offers excellent performance, greater efficiency and great durability. “With an efficiency rating of up to 22.2% and a power range of up to 485 W, the advanced generation of heterojunction solar panels is a promising candidate for achieving low LCOE.
Thanks to the lower temperature coefficient, high efficiency and great performance in low light conditions, the Comet series can be the perfect choice for moderate and extreme climates,” it said in a statement.
The third presented, Neptune, integrates hybrid modules and can produce up to 10% more electrical output compared to a standard photovoltaic module, in addition it collects heat losses for heating purposes.
According to the manufacturer, the AE Solar Neptune series is a good solution to the gas crisis in Europe. This is because, according to AE Solar, they have the best energy efficiency for places such as hospitals, hotels, swimming pools, homes and any other industry that requires heating and/or hot water.
During the three-day event, the manufacturer displayed its solar panels integrated with NFC chips.
