No matter the segment, whether in homes, businesses or industries, energy efficiency projects are increasingly present in various projects and even in mini-cities.

As is the case of the planned Vinhedos neighborhood, located in the Santa Rosa region, in Cuiabá (MT), which invested in an initiative that is bringing economic and environmental benefits.

According to Abitte Urbanism, the company responsible for installing the program, a condominium will be installed, located next to a natural reserve with more than 2,600,000 m² of green area, which has electric stations.

Furthermore, the neighborhood will have garbage collection systems and technological applications throughout the project, from solid waste management to energy efficiency – both in lighting and energy distribution – to the reuse of natural resources.

“We knew that, to reach new heights, we needed to throw ourselves headlong into an original and innovative project,” said Francisco Colnaghi Neto, director of Abitte Urbanismo.

“With this in mind, we brought all of the brand’s expertise to an exclusive, high-standard development, which offers quality of life and the most modern and sustainable when it comes to housing,” he added.

Neighborhood in Paraná bets on energy efficiency

Cameras, traffic lights and smart bus stops are already part of the daily lives of the population of Bairro Itaipu, located in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. Now, the region will gain another energy efficiency project.

According to the Tmovi Electric Mobility, soon EVs (electric vehicles) will also be circulating on the streets. The company is one of six startups selected by the Smart Vitrine notice that will participate in the Vila A Inteligente Program to install, test and validate technologies.
