BelEnergy opens training center in Vinhedo (SP)

The distributor and importer of photovoltaic equipment BelEnergy expanded its business with the opening of a CT (training center) in its distribution center, located in Vinhedo (SP).

According to the company, the aim is to professionalize around a thousand professionals and entrepreneurs annually, training them to work in the photovoltaic market.

According to Leonardo Tega, director of BelEnergy, the opening of the CT aims to train and qualify integrators, future BelEnergy accredited with specialized content, practical classes that bring the installer's reality closer.  

“We plan a complete CT, which combines the theoretical with the practical so that the student finishes the course with the confidence that they can now work in the photovoltaic market”, says Tega. 

“The market can certainly expect this new space to be a true hub of news. Our distribution center features the most modern photovoltaic system, such as fixing structures, inverters, modules”, says automation engineer Péricles Silva, technical engineering manager at BelEnergy. 

The training will be given by the engineer. Also according to Péricles, in addition to receiving training, the integrator will also get to know and have access to the entire structure of the company, from the sales team to the team that takes care of BelEnergy's stock. 

Furthermore, the professor says that the objective is also to train new company salespeople and retrain older ones, serving as a knowledge laboratory. 

“In addition to the area dedicated to courses, the headquarters has all commercial operations close to the training center, in order to build and strengthen contact between the seller and the Integrator”, he highlights.

The training

During the training, the student will have contact with a photovoltaic system with state-of-the-art half cell panels and working equipment, such as single-phase and three-phase inverters of varying powers. 

All string box models will also be available for analysis, assembly, measurements and testing. 

Furthermore, the integrator receives all the information necessary to configure the inverters in specific training, Stäubli certified for connectors and all training for string boxes.

Registration for the training is carried out through an invitation made available by BelEnergy to the integrator, which is directed to the company's exclusive WhatsApp to register for the training.
