In the first eight months of 2021 alone, 88 thousand new jobs were created and around R$ 15.9 billion were invested in the solar sector, according to a survey by ABSOLAR (Brazilian Association of Photovoltaic Solar Energy), released this Monday (13 ).

Among the companies in the solar sector that hired during this period was the photovoltaic equipment distributor Bluesun. According to Roberto Caurim, the company's CEO, the hires were necessary to keep up with the company's growth and meet the demand in the solar sector.

“The increase in Bluesun's market share in the market is due to the large investment in personnel and physical structure, given the expansion of our own headquarters, which now has more than 10 thousand m²”, highlights Caurim.

According to the executive, this expansion is due to the recent acquisition of a 3,500 square meter building next to the current headquarters to increase its sales capacity targeting the potential of the photovoltaic market.

“This expansion in our space will serve to increase inventory and production, expand the carrier and house new employees. We will certainly reach the mark of more than 250 direct employees by the end of the year”, he adds.

For the recently hired Priscila Venzer, the opportunity came at a great time. “This is my first job and it’s been a good experience. I was very well received and felt welcomed by all sectors of the company. I realized that Bluesun's success is due to the team spirit that exists among all employees”, he comments.

Caurim explains that opportunities like the one generated for Priscila are linked to a significant increase between the beginning of the year and the month of August in the number of requests.

“Before the average was 50 orders per day, now this number reaches 120 orders. Totaling more than 2 thousand orders sent per month. Therefore, these investments [jobs and increased structure] result in a stock that is always supplied, with an average of 70 to 100 containers per month of panels alone”, concludes Caurim.

  1. Whoever is competent establishes himself!!!

The offer of related and differentiating solutions (services and products), such as the possibility of including projects, unloading, backfilling, in addition to, of course, competitive prices made us have Bluesun as one of our main suppliers.
Our search for better suppliers, however, is ongoing.
We wish Bluesun's success and growth to be solid. Everyone wins!!!

Congratulations to Bluesun, its directors and the entire team!!!
