The Covid-19 pandemic brought a series of impacts on the world economy, leading many businesses to close or rethink their strategies to stay alive in the market.

Contrary to this scenario, Bluesun expanded its operations both in the distribution division and in the franchise division, reaching the mark of more than 270 franchisees in all Brazilian states.

Currently, the company has more than 30 thousand modules available in stock. “Bluesun, as an importer and distributor, delivers the product to both Integrators and franchisees at the lowest possible price and deadline, without middlemen”, highlights engineer Roberto Marcel Caurim, CEO of Bluesun.

“And by controlling the entire process, from import to delivery of the product, via Bluesun Express (a carrier belonging to the Bluesun Group), we are able to align the lowest prices with internationally recognized quality products and delivery times to the carrier within 48 hours. Our greatest asset is our credibility in the market”, adds Caurim.

The executive also highlights that the company has an internal department dedicated to after-sales, quality and satisfaction research with the integrator and franchisee, Bluesun Excellence. “Our customer satisfaction rates, measured monthly, are an indication that we are on the right path”, says engineer Carlos Rigatto, technical responsible for procedures (POP), quality and after-sales at Bluesun Excellence.

Bluesun franchise division

The milestone achieved by the company in franchise division represents an average of one new franchise per business day. A very significant increase, given that this division began at the end of 2019. “ Considering that in one year Brazil closed around 7.8 million jobs, according to IBGE's Pnad Contínua, this company milestone shows the potential of solar sector in generating income. It is a sign of the great potential of the photovoltaic market, thus showing its resilience, even with the pandemic”, comments Caurim.

Samara Welter, Bluesun franchisee from São Leopoldo (RS), says that Bluesun's differences boosted her business. “I had already been a Bluesun partner for a long time, when they launched the franchise, offering even smaller tables, I didn't hesitate in becoming a franchisee. With even lower prices, I was able to increase my profit margin and my budgets”, he reports.

With an average of one new franchise per business day and more than 12 thousand integrators registered on its quote platform, the photovoltaic equipment distributor expects to end the year with revenue at least 53% higher than in 2020 and 4 Distribution Centers (Southeast, Northeast, Central-West and South).
