BNDES extends the deadline for re-accreditation of products included in the CFI by 180 days

Due to the operational impacts related to work, resulting from preventive actions against the spread of the coronavirus, the BNDES decided to extend the deadline for re-accreditation of products included in the CFI (Finame Accreditation) by 180 days.

The measure applies to products with an expiration date scheduled for March, April, May and June 2020. Among the highlights is the new regulation for the accreditation of photovoltaic generating modules and systems.

According to the article, photovoltaic modules can only be accredited by manufacturers. Photovoltaic generating systems may be accredited by manufacturers or engineering companies.

The regulation also informs that photovoltaic generating systems with a power equal to or less than 375kW that have, in their composition, imported inverters may be accredited. Photovoltaic modules and trackers must be accredited and fixed support structures and electrical conductors must be of national origin.
