CCEE seeks company to modernize CliqCCEE applications

A CCEE (Electricity Trading Chamber) is looking for companies to provide consultancy services for modernizing the application architecture of the CliqCCEE, the body's accounting and settlement system. The public competition was opened today and published in the DOU (Official Gazette of the Union).

According to CCEE, the measure integrates the Meta II Project, which arises from a loan agreement between the Ministry of Mines and Energy and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

As beneficiary of the agreement, CCEE is responsible for managing the contracting. To the companies have until Friday (17) to express their interest. The project will last 18 months and is scheduled to start in June 2023.

Interested consultants must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services, including at least the following information:

  • Portfolio or prospectus presenting the company;
  • List of contractors for whom you have provided similar services. The list must include, for each contract:
    • Description of the services provided and date of conclusion of the contract,
    • Name, telephone number and email address of the person responsible for managing these contracts in each contractor.

CCEE highlights that interested consultancies must pay due attention to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, 3.17, 3.21, 3.22 and 3.23 of the Procurement Regulations for Borrowers of Investment Project Financing Operations from the World Bank, version July/2016, which establishes the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

The winning Consultant will be selected in accordance with the SBQC method (Selection Based on Quality and Cost), as established in Procurement Regulation.
