A Jinko Solar established a new record of efficiency maximum conversion 26,1% for your solar cell TOPCon type N 182 mm monocrystalline silicon. The result was confirmed by the National Institute of Metrology of China.

According to the company, the R&D (Research and Development) department has developed interface defect passivation, highly transparent polysilicon film and ultra-thin metallization technologies based on a laser-doped selective emitter.

The manufacturer's HOT technologies and a series of material upgrades were integrated into the cell process to set this new record, up 0.4 percentage points compared to the previous record. result achieved in April.
