A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) approved in this Tuesday (25) The opening from the public consultation for to discuss The Tariff Review Periodic from distributor Equatorial Goiás.
The hearing will feature an in-person public session to be held on August 17 in the city of Goiânia (GO), with location and time to be announced.
The new rates came into force on October 22, 2023 for 3.3 million consumer units in 237 municipalities in Goiás.

According to ANEEL, “among the factors that most impacted the adjustment proposal, it is worth highlighting the costs of activities related to the distribution of electrical energy”.
In the public consultation the definition of the corresponding limits of the continuity indicators of DEC (Equivalent Duration of Interruption per Consumer Unit) and FEC (Equivalent Frequency of Interruption per Consumer Unit) of the company will be discussed, for the period from 2024 to 2028.
