The average effect of high voltage refers to classes A1 (>= 230 kV), A2 (from 88 to 138 kV), A3 (69 kV) and A4 (from 2.3 to 25 kV). For low voltage, the average includes classes B1 (Residential and low-income residential subclass).

It also includes B2 (Rural: subclasses, such as agriculture, rural electrification cooperative, rural industry, public rural irrigation service); B3 (Industrial, commercial, services and other activities, public authorities, public services and own consumption); and B4 (Public lighting).

According to ANEEL, the factors that most impacted the review calculation were the costs of purchasing and transporting energy, in addition to the removal of financial components considered in the previous process.

The limits for the distributor's Equivalent Interruption Duration per Consumer Unit (DEC) and Equivalent Interruption Frequency per Consumer Unit (FEC) indicators for the period from 2024 to 2028 were also approved.

“Subject widely discussed with society through Public Consultation nº. 002/2023, the proposed review of Coelba's indices included a face-to-face session. Presided over by the director of ANEEL and rapporteur of the process, Ricardo Tili, the hearing was held on March 9, in Salvador”, concluded the Agency.
