A Continental Tires announced a partnership with the Kinsol, a green energy company focused on sustainable practices, to installation of solar energy panels and the implementation of charging stations for electric vehicles in more than 800 reseller stores.
The objective of the partnership is to ensure that the installed photovoltaic systems offer Continental clean and renewable energy in the service of your daily operations, reducing the emission of carbon and the company's costs in electricity bill.
Maurício Crivelin, CEO of Kinsol, also explains that through the partnership each reseller interested in installation of solar panels or charging stations for electric cars, the Continental will subsidize up to 50% of the value.
In addition, Kinsol will assist the automobile manufacturer's dealers in installing panels and charging systems, leaving them prepared for the growing demand for electric and hybrid vehicles.
Altogether, the Kinsol expects more than 60% at Continental dealers to have solar panels and charging stations installed by the end of 2024.
