Today (19), the second day of Intersolar South America 2021 took place, in the city of São Paulo (SP). Official coverage of the event in Brazil is being carried out by Solar Channel which brings first-hand the main technological news and trends exhibited by companies in the solar segment.
Stay tuned for our live updates throughout the three days of exhibitions.
Panel-optimized microinverter
One of the big news announced by Aldo at the fair is the company's entry into the microinverter distribution market. The idea arose from the agreement with the Chinese giant Ningbo Deye. The new Deye SUN2000 microinverter, with a power of 2 kW and 4 MPPTs, provides greater efficiency to the photovoltaic system with the individual optimization of each solar panel.
Smart charger for electric car
The new bet presented by Growatt is for the automotive market, with the Thor Smart EV charger for 220V electric cars with a power of 7.4 kW equipped with a Type 2 cable and connector, aimed at off-grid solutions and the smart vehicle charger which communicates with the ShinePhone monitoring app.
In addition to displaying the MIN 10K TL-X single-phase inverters with 3 MPPTs, the MAC three-phase inverter line from 15 kW to 36 kW with 3 MPPTs, both 220V, and also the MAX line from 125 kW to 253 kW, which can reach to have 15 MPPTs and voltage of 800Vac.
Brazilian 100% structures
German solar structure manufacturer K2 announced a line of Brazilian 100% parts during Intersolar. Seeking to adapt to the tropical climate of Brazilian territory, the structures are made of steel, as the material has better resistance to the winds present in Brazil.
Integrated luminaire and inverters
The Brazilian technology developer company Intelbras presents some launches and pre-launches at the fair, such as the Inversor 250000 HMAX. The product has the highest power in the portfolio (250 kW), 12 independent MPPTs and a 10-year warranty, making it suitable for large projects.
Another highlight is the Integrated Solar Luminaire – LSI 4800, which is wire-free and does not require connection to the conventional electrical network. It has 4800 lumens, three days of autonomy, can be installed on a wall or poles and configured via remote control.
Graphene Modules
The manufacturer BelEnergy exhibited its 545 W monocrystalline module, with doubleglass technology that prevents microcracks, and graphene, which helps the panel's self-cleaning, useful life and efficiency. BelEnergy guarantees a 12-year factory warranty and a 30-year lifetime warranty.
Panel with cadmium telluride semiconductor
Fortlev recently entered the photovoltaic market and brought to Intersolar products that seek to diversify the market. Like the Enphase microinverter, photovoltaic modules from First Solar, with the difference being the cadmium telluride semiconductor, being a module that degrades less 02% per year, compared to the silicon module.
In addition to bringing the Alion tracker, it is different from the conventional tracker on the market as it does not require driving stakes into the ground as it is mounted on uncrossed rails, generating a bifacial gain.
Economical fasteners
Fastener manufacturer SSM launched the Facilita line at the event, which saves, according to the company, 16% of integrators' time during installation. The fixing brackets are made entirely of aluminum with stainless steel for the fasteners.
SSM also exhibited at the fair tilt correction lines for solar panels with adjustable aluminum and stainless steel profiles, and ground lines for galvanized steel carports.
