Dicomp invests in solar and has an increase of 335% in revenue

The technology provider began investing in the photovoltaic market in 2020

Dicomp, operating for 24 years in the telecommunications market, reached a 30% billing only in solar energy this year, an increase of 335% since it started investing in the segment in 2020.

For Filipe Favoto, CEO of the company, the company's entry into the photovoltaic segment was a strategic expansion. “As it is already structured in the market, the rapid achievement of results was due to expertise in technology and quality service.”

“In the midst of the ESG era in which the solar energy segment is already considered the 3rd power in Brazil, with R$ 86 billion in investments, we observe growth in demand from Brazilian partners for products in the sector”, comments Favoto.

The portfolio of distributor includes more than 150 brands, between module and inverter manufacturers. With its headquarters located in Maringá (PR), the company has two more distribution centers in Itajaí (SC) and Contagem (MG).

Dicomp also highlights that it will open another distribution center, located in the state of Minas Gerais, which will be delivered in 2022. “Our plans also include the opening of another CD, in Minas, strategically located in a region with a wide margin for growth”, concludes the executive.
