Ricardo Tili was one of the directors who criticized the performance of companies, especially Energisa-MT, which already has more than 4 thousand access opinions denied without justification to their customers.

“We (ANEEL) sent a letter telling them to comply with the standard, the distributor says they will not comply. The technical area issues an order stating that the standard must be complied with and the distributor responds, once again, that it will not comply”, he revealed.
According to Tili, the ANEEL needs to be more rigorous in monitoring against distributors. “It is up to us to monitor and apply Aneel’s strength to demand compliance with the obligation. This is a point that we (directors) need to discuss better”, he said.
The director Fernando Mosna also criticized the attitude of distributors and said that it would be important for the Agency to listen clarifications from ANEEL's own inspection agents so that everyone can understand what is happening and what the country is experiencing in relation to these inspections.
“It is being seen that distributors are not complying with the logic of the studies. I myself have already received dozens of emails from all over Brazil showing how the distributors' studies were carried out. Not only do they not categorize and qualify the denial (of the access opinion) but they make it impossible to have a counter-argument (from the consumer)”, he said.
In addition to Tili and Mosna, Hélvio Guerra also expressed his opinion regarding the topic and ANEEL's actions in cases of flow reversal.
“I thought dumbfounded, I thought amazed, I thought petrified. Because look, if a regulatory agency orders someone to do something and a regulated agent says they won't do it, and we do absolutely nothing, I'm petrified. Close the regulators, because we are not doing what we should be doing,” he said.
