EcoPower installs PV plant at Barretos Park Hotel

Project will provide savings of around R$2 million monthly

A EcoPower, solar energy company, installed a renewable energy project with almost 3 thousand photovoltaic generators. The project was installed in Barretos Park Hotel, located in the interior of São Paulo (SP).

The Barretos Park Hotel is a complex attached to Parque do Peão de Barretos, where the Barretos Peão Festival.

The project was developed with the aim of making the complex self-sustainable, and will allow reduction of more than 100 tons of CO² per year, contributing to the environment.

According to Anderson Oliveira, founder and president of EcoPower, the plant is installed in an area of 10.5 thousand square meters and currently has 575 modules of 316.25khp each.

“The project will be expanded and will reach 1,100 modules, totaling 550 kW of installed power. The project will therefore have considerable savings of approximately R$ 2 million, per month, after the 12-month period”, says Oliveira.
