Good afternoon!
Decree 11,021/22, published last night, extends the entry into force of the new TIPI, approved by Decree nº 10,923/2021, to 05/01. However, the entry of new NCM's continues today, 04/01/2022. Therefore, it will be necessary to adapt the old TIPI to the new TEC.
