Present in more than 5,300 municipalities, solar DG (distributed generation) in the country is increasingly expanding in Brazil. This heating up in the photovoltaic market means that more and more installers are looking for practical and safe solutions to serve its customers, aiming to deliver quality to the end consumer.

Among these solutions are clips ARaymond, which enable quick assembly and simple for solar panels. Furthermore, when combined with clamps, they allow frameless panel fixing.

Second Rafael Nunes, managing partner of Solve Renewable Energy, the use of this resource in the installation of a photovoltaic system with an average production of 646 kWh per month in Paulínia (SP) optimized the process.

“The big difference in this installation was the time saved by the installation team, as the house was still under construction, any delay ends up impacting the next stage”, he highlighted. According to Nunes, in the residential project, 15 365 W Canadian Solar solar panels were installed, a 5.0 kW WEG photovoltaic inverter and ARaymond for trapezoidal roof.

The company also carried out a project at Colégio Cetec, in the city of Jabaquara (SP). The system produces an average of 7.1 MW per month and has 180 405 W Canadian Solar solar panels, a 60 kW Sungrow photovoltaic inverter, in addition to ARaymond fasteners.

“The difference in this project was the ease of fixing the panels on the roof. The roof is made of pre-molded W tiles and the objective was to install panels over the largest possible area. Therefore, the vacant spaces for preparing the installation were very small”, explained Nunes.

“Using ARaymond fasteners, it was possible for us to mount the plates on the roof with the clips already attached to them, making the installers’ job just to fit them onto the rails”, he added.
