This January/2020, in an official press release, Go Solar announced the expansion of its partnership with international manufacturers in the photovoltaic sector.
Go Solar is the new subsidiary of Golden Distribuidora, a traditional company providing computer products in Brazil. With this subsidiary, Golden opens its photovoltaic solar energy division, already starting its activities with some of the main brands in the world market.
The company has just signed strategic partnerships with international manufacturers of photovoltaic equipment, thus increasing the company's portfolio in offering modern technologies in this segment. Among the companies, the following stand out: Jinko and Trina, for solar modules, SMA and Goodwe for inverters, and Weildmuller for string boxes and connectors.
According to Renan Ribeiro, commercial manager at Go Solar, “the partnership with SMA and Weidmuller allows us to offer German equipment that has a long journey in the photovoltaic market, both in Brazil and abroad, and enormous security and ease of installation of the equipment. With Trina and Jinko, considered leaders in the photovoltaic market, the equipment is among the best in the PV-Tech and Bloomberg NEF classification.”
Also according to Renan Ribeiro, an important differentiator for Go Solar will be its priority in technical service to customers. “We will have an engineer to provide immediate support to installers for configurations, tests and parameterization, in addition to all suppliers having technical support in Brazil and stock for replacement parts,” added Ribeiro.
According to Davi Saadia, president of Golden Distribuidora and Go Solar, the proposal of the new solar energy division is to serve resellers and integrators with high quality products recognized in the market. “As we are a well-established distributor in Brazil in the area of information technology, one of Go Solar’s biggest differentiators is the agility of a renowned player in the market, with technical and commercial support”, comments Saadia.
