The CNBM group (China National Building Materials Corporation) is looking for companies in the segment to distribute panels from manufacturer Jetion Solar in Brazil, a company belonging to the group.
“Jetion’s focus in Brazil is on DG projects with reliability, guarantee, innovation and products with cutting-edge technology and large-scale industrialization expertise, an example of this is that the group is one of the largest manufacturers in the world of wind energy blades ”, highlights Luiz Scagnolato, representative of Jetion Solar in Brazil.
CNBM is a publicly traded organization dedicated to six business platforms, including building materials, production capacity, materials research, mining resources and financial investment operation.
In 2014, CNBM entered the solar energy segment with the acquisition of Jetion Solar. With the support of CNBM, the manufacturer provides engineering services; purchase and construction; and financing of photovoltaic projects.
Currently, the partnership has around 5 GW of products in more than 40 countries. The annual production capacity of CNBM Jetion photovoltaic panels is 2.5 GW and that of solar cells is 2GW. In total, the company has five factories in China and Thailand, the corporation's positioning values are “be a leader in industrial integration, an innovator in modernization and a pioneer in international capacity cooperation”.
