JA Solar launches Deep Blue 3.0 Pro at SNEC 2021

Initial availability in Brazil will be from January 2022, with possibilities for anticipation

JA Solar lança Deep Blue 3.0 Pro na SNEC 2021

JA Solar launched this Friday (4) its new modules, the 605 W (78 cells) and 555 W (72 cells) DeepBlue 3.0 Pro panels.

According to the manufacturer, the modules complement the DeepBlue 3.0 family of current 535W modules. 

According to Andrew Zhang, technical sales manager at JA Solar, the new “Half Cell” module with 182mm mono PERC cells, gallium doping and gapless encapsulation technology, achieves energy efficiency of up to 21.6%. 

According to Fernando Castro, country manager at JA Solar Brasil, initial availability in Brazil will be from January 2022, with possibilities for anticipation.

Furthermore, the executive stated that the 605W monofacial and bifacial modules already have Ex-tariffs approved in the country.

The launch was made during the 15th edition of SNEC PV Power Expo, an international exhibition and conference on photovoltaic energy taking place in Shanghai, China. The fair is one of the biggest events in the photovoltaic industry in Asia.
