Jinko launches Tiger Pro series module at SNEC 2021

Jinko Solar has launched its latest Tiger Pro series module with a power of 415 W. The launch was carried out during SNEC PV Power Expo 2021, which took place at the Shanghai International Convention Center, in Shanghai, China.

According to Gustavo Silva, technical services manager at Jinko, the new panels have an efficiency of 21.25%.

Another point highlighted by the manufacturer is that the module, suitable for the residential photovoltaic market, has dimensions of 1722 × 1134 mm and weighs 22 kg, as well as a load capacity of 6000 Pa / 4000 Pa.

Still according to Silva, there is still no forecast for the arrival of the new modules in the Brazilian photovoltaic market.

Efficiency record for N-type cell

The company began the month of June reaching a new world record in the energy market. It reached a conversion efficiency of 25.09% for your TOPCon N-type monocrystalline silicon solar cell. The result was confirmed by the National Institute of Metrology of China. 

This is the third time that the company has broken its own record in this field in less than a year. Previously, it had already reached the marks of 24.79% and 24.9%, in July 2020 and January 2021, respectively.

Jinko is recognized as Top Performer

Jinko Solar announced that it has been recognized as a Top Performer in the 2021 PVEL PV Module Reliability Chart for the seventh consecutive time. The rating is based on the PQP (Product Qualification Program), which provides independent long-term performance and reliability data that developers, investors and asset owners use in their projects.
