The solar energy market in Brazil has gained something new: the Triângulo Smart, a 20% fixing structure that is more economical than the traditional line for applications on slabs. The product was launched by Solar Group, a company specializing in structures for photovoltaic systems.

According to the company, the model is manufactured 100% in aluminum and stainless steel and has a system with three defined angulations: 15, 20 and 25 degrees, making it possible to adjust an optimized inclination in all regions of the country.

“The idea of the slab structure is to gain a slope that favors water drainage so as not to accumulate dirt and provide an increase in energy generation,” said Raphael Vaz, account manager at Solar Group.

“Solar Group understands that the photovoltaic energy sector is an exponential market and wants to contribute to reducing costs for integrators in solar systems. Therefore, our engineering team developed this fixing structure, which is 20%, more economical”, explained Vaz.

Currently, the company has already sold more than 960 MWp in structures for distributed generation on roofs and slabs throughout Brazil.

Solar Group's second factory will be delivered in August

Solar Group will establish a second manufacturing unit in the country. With 10 thousand m² of built area, the factory will be delivered in August this year. It will be located in the city of Santana do Parnaíba, in Greater São Paulo, and will have a production capacity four times greater than the factory located in Itapevi.

According to the company, the investment will be R$ 19 million and the new unit will serve the domestic and Latin American solar energy markets in distributed generation, which includes systems installed in homes, businesses, industries, rural properties and public buildings.

  1. I have a square in my house that, in principle, would be a clear float but, as I have to build a polycarbonate roof, I am changing/wanting to adapt one made of photovoltaic panels. I saw this smart triangle and I think it could work. From what I understand, it is screwed and tiltable. The square is on the northeast side. The measurement is 2.25 by 2.35. With you?
