O free energy market continues at an accelerated pace of growth. If on the one hand the number of agents is increasing, on the other there is also the advance of the number of retailers It is represented.

In the imminent opening of the market for group A consumers, connected to high voltage, the CCEE (Electricity Trading Chamber) achieved the brand in 100 qualified companies as retailers.

In 2023, loads represented by retailers recorded consumption of 290.8 MWmed, a variation of 50% compared to last year. Five years ago, the Commercialization Chamber had only nine qualified profiles that totaled just 12.17 MWmed of consumption.

According to CCEE, it is worth remembering that, according to Ordinance No. 50/2022, all consumers with demand below 0.5 MW can only migrate to the free market under the representation of retailers, who will act as facilitators of negotiations for these consumer units.

Follow retailers authorized to operate in the market on the CCEE portal. In the “CCEE” menu, access the “our members” section. In the interactive “All Associates” graph, select the “YES” option in the “Retailer” filter to view the complete list, updated daily.
