Mercosul Solar and Sofar announce agreement to distribute 300 MW in inverters

Agreement offers energy solutions for expanding the national photovoltaic sector

The distributor of photovoltaic equipment Mercosul Solar and the manufacturer of photovoltaic inverters Sofar Solar announced a commercial agreement with the aim of expanding the photovoltaic sector by providing energy solutions.

With the agreement, 300 MW of photovoltaic inverters from the Sofar Solar brand will be distributed. According to the distributor, the agreement represents progress towards the expansion and growth of the business.

“Choosing Sofar as a partner could be a differentiator for Mercosul, as the brand is recognized for its quality and reliability”, states the distributor.

About Mercosur

Mercosul Solar is a distributor of photovoltaic equipment from Paraná located in Cascavel (PR). The company sells photovoltaic modules, inverters, fixing kits, among other products focused on small, medium and large integrators.

A Sofar has a portfolio that includes photovoltaic inverters from 1 kW to 255 kW, hybrid inverters from 3 kW to 20 kW, battery storage systems and smart energy energy management solutions for residential, commercial and industrial use, as well as for centralized plants large-scale.

Present in Brazil since 2017, the company has more than 200 thousand units sold, reaching 3rd place in the Greener Ranking for single-phase photovoltaic inverters in 2021.
