MME opens consultation to frame distributed minigeneration projects in Reidi

O MME (Ministry of Mines and Energy) published, this Wednesday (17), the Ordinance No. 765/GM/MME, from 2024, which opens a public consultation on the procedures for requesting framework for distributed minigeneration projects in Reidi (Special Incentive Regime for Infrastructure Development). 

A Query will be open for 30 days and there is how objective receive suggestions of the different segments of energy sector and civil society  about the procedures in question.

The proposal aims to regulate the sole paragraph of Article 28 of Law No. 14,300/2022, which included distributed minigeneration projects in the list of electricity generation infrastructure projects eligible for inclusion in Reidi.

O Reidi it is a program that stimulates the private investment in areas, as energy and other infrastructure-related sectors. 

You Enterprises included in the program have their PIS/Pasep and Cofins contributions suspended for five years, referring to acquisitions, rentals and imports of goods and services.
