MME opens public consultation to improve PDE 2031

The measure aims to collect contributions to improve the Ten-Year Energy Expansion Plan 2031

​The MME (Ministry of Mines and Energy) opened this Monday (24) Public Consultation No. 119 of 01/24/2022 to improve the PDE (Ten-Year Energy Expansion Plan) 2031.

Contributions can be made until February 23rd using the form available on the Ministry of Mines and Energy website in Public Consultations. Click here to light up.

​The PDE 2031 was prepared by EPE (Energy Research Company) following the MME guidelines and is executively coordinated by the SPE (Secretariat for Energy Planning and Development). Access the report.

According to the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the document prepared indicates the prospects for the expansion of the energy sector over a ten-year horizon within an integrated vision for the various energy sources. 

Furthermore, it subsidizes energy policy decisions and provides the market with information that allows the analysis of the development of the energy sector and supply adequacy conditions under different possible future scenarios.
