The MME (Ministry of Mines and Energy) made available on its website the DDIG System, which contains the model for the Declaration of Electricity Purchase Needs and the Distribution Agent's Term of Commitment for the Auction A-1. The declaration must be sent to the platform by September 4th.

The auction, to be held on December 4th of this year, provides for the contracting of electricity from existing projects, with supply starting on January 1st, 2021.

In a note, the MME emphasizes that documents for subsequent execution of CCEARs (Electric Energy Trading Contracts in the Regulated Environment) will only be accepted through the DDIG, which is only able to work in browsers Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 51 or lower (32-bit) and Mozilla Firefox 52 ESR (32-bit).

If there is a change in any of this information, it will be necessary to update the token – an electronic password-generating device – of the qualified user, which can be carried out at a certification unit.

If the company does not have a valid token or if the data is not updated in the DDIG System, it will not be possible to access it.
