O ONS (National Electric System Operator) registered 25 records at solar energy generation during the November month, considering the SIN (National Interconnected System) and the Southeast/Central-West and Northeast subsystems.

O November 11th was a highlight of the period, with four records confirmed by ONS. The first of these was in instantaneous generation in SIN, at 11:45 am, with 27,435 MW (32.5% of demand), followed by the highest mark in average generation in SIN, with 9,379 MWmed (11.5%).

O Southeast/Central-West subsystem also recorded its records on this date: instantaneous generation of 13,776 MW, at 10:58 am (28.4%), and an average generation of 4,785 average MW (10.2%).

A Northeast region reached two new maximum levels in photovoltaic generation on November 13: the instantaneous generation of 8,451 MW, at 11:27 am (59.6% of demand), and the average generation of 3,159 average MW (22.9% of demand).

Centralized generation

Currently, the Brazil has just over 11 GW operational capacity in large photovoltaic plants, in the so-called GC (centralized generation), with more than 18.1 thousand enterprises in operation across the country, according to data from ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency).

Projections presented, in April this year, by ABSOLATE (Brazilian Photovoltaic Solar Energy Association) also point out that solar power plants Solar GC should generate around R$ 90 billion in investments It is 570 thousand jobs in Brazil until the end of 2026.

  1. Very good, we have to fight for solar energy, it dropped a lot in the financial market here in Recife, it dropped 90 %, I hope it improves
