Satisfaction survey will guide Solis processes

Company wants to listen to professionals to improve services; questionnaire will be available until July 6th

The inverter manufacturer Solis launched on Friday (17) a customer satisfaction survey with the aim of improving the services provided and its products for the next semester.

According to the company, through the results obtained it will be possible to personalize the consumer experience, making processes better able to meet the needs of Solis users. For the company, it is crucial to listen to members of the industry, from distributors to installers.

“Ensuring we are meeting customer needs in all of our markets with products and services that meet those needs has always been a focus at Solis,” said Eric Zhang, Director of International Sales at Solis.

According to the manufacturer, those interested in filling out the survey will take around five minutes to complete. Access is via the website www.solisinverters.com or on the company's social networks.

Also according to Solis, the form is available until July 6th on digital platforms. With the aim of encouraging the participation of interested parties, participants will compete for a Amazon Gift Card from US$ 200.

The results of the survey will be released from July 6th and will be available until July 15th. Winners will be notified via email provided when registering.
