As goal if approach more and more of integrators and strengthen your market presence, The PHB Solar he comes investing in the sector of R&D (Research and Development), in after sales and the expansion of equipment portfolio.

“In a market that keeps updating itself, the difference ends up being quality after-sales. And it’s not just that, it’s having an investigation process for the products we are putting on the market”, highlighted Ivan Sarturi, electrical engineer at PHB Solar.

In an interview with Solar Channel, the professional highlighted that this last difference of the company – of bringing equipment that meets the needs of Brazilian integrators and consumers and of quality – results from a verification process of every product that is sold and distributed by the company.

The executive also commented that the company is recognized for capable local support, which has extensive experience, and has an engineering team to support the partner integrator.

“We have a trained technical team that speaks to customers directly via WhatsApp or via email. If there is any type of support that requires more advanced help, we have our specialized engineering team, with masters and doctorates in different areas, from mechanical, civil and electrical engineers”, he commented.

PHB Solutions

In addition to having a team of specialized engineers, PHB Solar has also been investing in pexclusive products for the solar energy market, mainly focused on energy storage systems.

“An innovative product that you won’t see anywhere else is our solar UPS retrofit to meet the demand of professionals who have already installed an on-grid system, but who now also want to have the backup function”, he commented.

“We created a solution to take advantage of the equipment that the customer already has available so that they do not have to go through a project approval process again,” added Sarturi.

Other technology linked to the battery sector is the battery container from the company. The idea is that customers who have a problem with high consumption during peak hours, instead of being powered by the dealership's network, use the battery bank inside a container.

According to Sarturi, the market in general is offered what we know as a standard photovoltaic kit, with a fixing structure, photovoltaic modules, inverters and the DC cable.

“At PHB we have two options: the standard is exactly that, and the premium kit, made up of the items from the standard kit and which contains a module grounding kit, a green-yellow solar cable for grounding the structure and a suitable AC protection board. for each inverter”, he highlighted.

Product quality

The engineer also explains that the choice of photovoltaic module brands that partner with PHB does not take into account the price of equipment, but rather the quality of the products, especially solar panels, considered the main equipment of a photovoltaic system.

“If the module is the part with the highest cost for your client's investment, why would a company work with a product that adds risk to its client's investment, such as technologies from a manufacturer that does not have a team or after-sales service? in Brazil, which does not have Tier-1 or any type of relevant certification? Ignoring this brings a great risk to your client’s investment”, he commented.

Furthermore, one of PHB’s differences lies precisely in its customer service. “Any problem that the customer has with a photovoltaic module purchased by them will be resolved by PHB itself. We do not redirect the customer to the company that manufactures this panel”, he commented.
